Mission Gardens Condominium Association is an attractive, Spanish-style, 30-unit residential complex located mid-city, in the up and coming urban neighborhood of North Park. The Mission Gardens homeowner's association is managed by ASPM-San Diego, a family-owned property management company serving San Diego since 1971.

Caffe Calabria Local coffee bean roaster on 30th Street, featuring extensive coffee menu. Serves wood fired Neapolitano pizza, pastries and sandwiches, daily.

Nearest Farmers Markets:

The North Park Farmer's Market is located at 32nd and Herman Streets, south of the CVS. Shop booths from more than 40 Vendors offering local farm-fresh produce, eggs, meat and plants, artisan food from pastry and pasta to sea salts and shellfish, honest prepared foods and select gifts and specialties. In addition to street parking nearby, there is a large parking garage just 4 blocks from the market. The garage is located at the intersection of 29th Street and North Park Way; rates are just 50 cents an hour and never more than $5 a day/night. Check it out Thursdays, 3 to 7 pm.

Fatboy's Cornerstone and Deli on University at Ohio is a family-owned operation open seven days a week, featuring Boar's Head meats and cheeses.

The Irenic This non-profit all-ages music/special events venue is a functioning church on Sundays, called Mission Gathering
